Our goal as a club is to improve kids athletic abilities with good fundamental skills and technique,
as well as giving them a sense of hard work, dedication, discipline and responsibility. We treat each
child individually in regard to how they need to be motivated or supported and all of our kids learn
how to run well and greatly improve their abilities and confidence.
Athletes will have the opportunity to train with experienced Cerified Personal Trainers; USATF Certified coaches in Sprints, Mid & Long-Distance events.
